Job Description: House Cleaner & Housekeeping staff jobs in Accra

 

We are hiring staff with extensive experience in house cleaning and sanitation protocols. As a cleaning staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our client’s homes, focusing on the kitchen and bathroom areas. Your attention to detail and thorough cleaning techniques will ensure that our clients’ living spaces are fresh, inviting, and hygienic.

 

Responsibilities:

– Always keep client household dealings and information private.

– Utilize discretion in all cases.

– We believe it’s time to restore integrity, loyalty, & discretion to the cleaning & hospitality industry in the Accra metropolitan area & beyond. Work daily to embody our mission.

– Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in all areas of the house.

– Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, and appliances, including stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and sink.

– Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.

– Wipe down and polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and windows to maintain a streak-free shine.

– Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.

– Organize and tidy living areas, including bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.

– Change bed linens and make beds to ensure a neat and inviting appearance.

– Handle and safely use cleaning equipment and supplies, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

 

Requirements:

 

– Previous experience in house cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.

– Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment to achieve high-quality results.

– Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing protocols, especially in kitchen and bathroom areas.

– Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

– Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

– Excellent time management skills to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.

– Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
